Before delivery, our devices are subject to strict quality assurance procedures. If damage is caused during manufacture or shipping despite all care, please return the device to your retailer. In addition to legal rights, buyers have the option of making guarantee claims applicable under the following conditions. We provide a 2-year guarantee for the purchased device, starting from the date of purchase. If you have a faulty product, you can return it to the retailer. Defects that arise from improper handling of the device and disruptions due to the efforts and repair of third parties or through the installation of non-original parts are excluded from this guarantee.
Always keep your receipt. Guarantee claims will be invalid without the receipt.
